Easy Veggie Platter
This morning I made breakfast for my husband and I, and I decided to just make it a little bit fancier this time. All I did is just to cut my regular vegetables in fun shapes and organize them nicely on a plate! The vegetables I usually use are cucumber, carrots, cherry tomatoes, avocado, bell peppers Etc. my husband came to the kitchen and said “wow! Are we celebrating anything?” so yeah that’s a really good way to impress your family 🙂 I also added some cashew, nuts and Hyssop. Above all, I poured olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
You can use any vegetables you like! You can also add little balls of dip, I think that could really make this fun. when you cut your vegetables try to use all kinds of shapes, like if you cut your cucumber to slices you get round shapes and if you cut it alongside you will get little sticks and that’s will create more interesting platter.
