Did your shipping times changed because of covid-19?
due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) world crisis we want to update you that for now we still ship worldwide except for countries where the postal system is inactive. Also, due to the reduction in departing flights from Israel, longer delivery times may be expected and experss delivery is not available. We promise to give you the best service that we can in this difficult times. thank you for your understandings and stay safe.
Do you offer gift wrapping and packaging?
All my products are packed with love and care! If you want to give it as a gift you can specify the address and I’ll be happy to send it on your behalf.
We also offer gift wrapping please let us know when you order, there is an option to add a gift wrap when you review your purchase.
We wrap our gifts in raw linen fabric that you can later use for a new embroidery project. It's good for the environment and looks amazing :)

How to download a digital file?
When you purchase a digital file such as a PDF embroidery pattern you will immediately receive a confirmation email with your purchase details and the link to download the file to your computer or other device. Just click on the link under “Download” and the download will begin automatically.
What is PRE ORDER?
When we don’t have the items in stock but we did already opened the option to buy them we will mark the item as PRE ORDER. This means that any item stated as PRE ORDER will be shipped to you once the supplies have arrived and the items is ready and packed. Usually it is 1-2 weeks after purchase, but you can check the details on the item for specific information. This does NOT include “Shipping time” in order for your item to arrive to your address.
